In 2003, Radio PEACE, Southern Sudan’s premiere Christian radio station began
broadcasting the good news of Jesus Christ to every corner of this troubled
nation. Radio PEACE broadcasts the Gospel in 7 languages over two
shortwave frequencies several hours every day.
PPF partnered with Global Endeavor, a worldwide Christian radio ministry, to get
Radio PEACE up and running. In addition to the radio station, PPF and Global
Endeavor have launched a project called “Radios for Sudan.” The goal of this
project is to distribute thousands of self-powered radios to Sudanese who cannot
read the Scriptures for themselves.
